To Obtain and Submit Application Forms
1. The applicants are asked to see the Notice Board. Information regarding issue and submission of Application Forms will be displayed on the College Notice Board after the publication of the results of the qualifying examinations.
2. Properly filled-in Application Forms will be received by the college upto the scheduled date and time to be announced by the Principal.
Filled in Application Forms must accompany attested copies of
i) Mark Sheets of Madhyamik, H.S., I.C.S.E. etc. examinations.
ii) Admit Cards of the said examinations.
iii) S.C./S.T./Physically Handicapped certificates.
Items under (i) and (ii) will have to be attested by the Head of the Institution last attended, failing which the application form will not be considered. Item under (iii) will have to be attended by the competent authority.
3. Original documents under items (i), (ii) and (iii) as mentioned above must be produced at the time of admission of the selected applicants. In no case relaxation will be allowed.
4. No Application Form will be issued by Post and no filled-in Form will be received if sent by Post.
5. Admission of students of Foreign Nationals will be guided by the existing rules of the Govt. of India.

Admission Procedure
Admission is strictly on merit basis by councelling method. The norms for admission to Honours
classes will be framed by the departments concerned. If all the seats can not be filled up on the 1st day of councelling, second and subsequent
counceling may be arranged.
Students should get themselves admitted on the day of councelling and be prepared to pay
Admission Fee
for one year.
According to Kalyani University rules, students can be admitted to the General Course in sports quota. Only State level or National level Certificate will be considered.
